Our team consists of qualified childcare professionals with experience in working with the youngest children — patient, gentle and always ready to help.
Step by step
Settling in step by step
1
Getting to know the room
The child and parent visit the nursery together and explore the space, toys and carers. The first meeting is short and focused entirely on feeling comfortable.
2
Short stays
The little one stays at the nursery for 1–2 hours. A parent stays nearby — the child learns that mum and dad always come back, and soon.
3
Extending the time
We gradually extend the stay, adapting the pace to the child's needs and mood. We take our time — every child settles in at their own rhythm.
4
Full day
When the child feels comfortable with the group and carers, they move to a full daily programme — with meals, a nap and sensory activities.

Frequently asked questions
Nursery FAQ
What should I pack for my little one at the nursery?
A spare set of clothes, a skin care cream, a favourite cuddly toy or dummy (if used), nappies or training pants — you will receive a detailed list upon enrolment.
What does the first day at the nursery look like?
The first days are short stays with a parent or carer nearby. We do not leave the child alone until they feel comfortable. Settling in is a shared process.
How are meals billed?
Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack are prepared fresh on-site in our kitchen every day. Meals are billed separately, and the advance payment takes the child's absences into account.
What if the child is unwell?
Please keep your unwell child at home. We inform parents of any worrying symptoms observed during the day and contact you immediately if the child needs to be picked up.
