Inclusion

A kindergarten that adapts to the child — not the other way around

Our groups bring together typically developing children and children who need extra support — in an intimate, safe environment, with a team of specialists.

Together in Diversity

Our kindergarten creates a space for genuine, everyday inclusion. Children with different needs, abilities and temperaments play, learn and grow together — including children with disabilities. Smaller group sizes and the consistent presence of specialists allow us to adapt the pace and methods of work to each child, without singling anyone out or attaching labels. Our aim is not only to support development, but above all to build relationships and a sense of belonging. Shared experiences teach children empathy, openness, cooperation and mutual respect. We believe that diversity is a value, and that true inclusion begins with relationships, acceptance and the feeling that everyone is an important part of our kindergarten community.

Our methods

How we work

1
IPET — a tailored programme
For every child with an assessment we create an Individual Educational-Therapeutic Programme. Goals, methods and forms of work are agreed jointly with parents and specialists.
2
Individual approach
Every child has their own pace and their own way of learning. Educators and specialists observe, listen and flexibly adapt activities to current needs.
3
Small groups
Smaller group sizes mean more attention for each child, a calmer environment and better conditions for learning through play.
4
Partnership with parents
Parents are full partners — we regularly share progress updates, discuss goals and together find the best solutions for the child.
